On December 12th Luxottica Group opened its Port Washington recycling center, where Luxottica associates and community volunteers will clean, repair, classify and catalog used eyewear for distribution to developing countries around the world.
 
- To date, 400 private practitioners have joined Give The Gift of Sight by placing a collection box.
- Our goal: 900 participating practices by February 2007
